Baby bedding has the potential to become an integral part of your child’s life, with many instances of children becoming emotionally attached to a favorite blanket; the relationship they form is beyond logic. Even though their old blanket may be in tatters, unable to provide the child with any warmth whatsoever, a child may still be so emotionally bound to their blanket that they prefer it to a new blanket.
When a favorite blanket is taken from an infant, what happens next can be very unsettling, beyond what you would typically call a tantrum. Blankets are more than just items to many children, becoming as familiar and comfortable as a close friend.
